Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

A. Yes, we do. Please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery


Q. Do you combine postage?

A. Yes, we do combine postage. Our Store Policy is as follows: after your items have been processed through our shipping and handling department, we then, refund you the postage difference.


Q. What happens if my item is damaged for Faulty?

A. If your item is Faulty then we are happy to refund or do an exchange. This must happen within the 30 days of your purchase. As we take great care with our packaging, sometimes things get damaged while in transit. As we are relying on third parties to deliver our goods to your door we cannot control lost or damaged items.


Q. Can I get my items Tracked?

A. Yes, you can get your items tracked. but this is an extra cost to you. We offer standard shipping on all products. If you want your item tracked we can do that for you. Please Contact Us and we can invoice you for the extra shipping charges.


Q. You say you refund overcharges on Shipping, how is this done?

A. Yes, we do refund all overcharges on shipping. We do this by way of PayPal refund, this is the easiest and simplest way to do things.


Q. Can I cancel my order, if I change my mind?

A. No, sorry we do not accept cancellations simply because you change your mind.


Q. Do you offer refunds or returns on Fabric?

A. Unfortunately, we do not and can not offer any refunds or returns on any fabric. This includes Batting/Wadding interfacings, stabilizers backing fabrics and all other fabrics we stock.
